WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Between 2 to 5 days.

Orders placed on Fridays will only be dispatched on Mondays, due to no deliveries on Saturdays.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS AT THE INDICATED ADDRESS FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE ORDER?

The order will be returned, and a new delivery charge may apply.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO PROVIDE AN ADDRESS WHERE SOMEONE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE ORDER.

 

MISTAKE IN NAME AND/OR ADDRESS.

This will be the buyer's responsibility if it is found that incorrect information was provided.

A new shipping fee will be charged to correct and make a new delivery.

 

IS ONLINE STOCK GUARANTEED?

For orders of 40 packages or more, we do not guarantee fast shipping and it may take an additional 2 days.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDERED ITEM?

Yes, within 14 days, but you must meet the following conditions:

At the time of delivery, the Customer must verify that the packaging is in perfect condition. In case of deformation, visible defect, or error in the requested product, the customer must refuse the order with the courier of the transport company, filling out the form intended for these cases, indicating the problem found.

For a purchase to be eligible for return, the purchased items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. It will also be necessary for them to be returned in their original packaging and without signs of improper use or mishandling.

If the Customer wishes to return a product that belongs to a pack, they must return all products that constitute that same pack. All products must comply with the guidelines previously mentioned.

The return of incomplete, damaged/scratched products, products without original packaging/label, or products with signs of having been used, will not be accepted.

If any item is received in the aforementioned conditions or with the carrier's label directly affixed to the packaging, the customer will lose the right to be refunded and will have 10 days to collect the item(s) from Diplomata Biscuit's facilities, bearing the collection costs.
