Delivery Policy

Shipping costs are presented when an order is registered in the store, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:

    In-store pickup
    When choosing the shipping method “In-store pickup,” no shipping fee will be charged.

The price list shown in the table applies to the “{insert shipping method}” service, where delivery is made on the first business day following the dispatch of the order.

How your order is processed

An order will be dispatched according to the shipping method chosen by the consumer when registering the order and only after payment validation.

The order may be dispatched by carriers {carrier A, carrier B, carrier C}.

When the order is dispatched, the consumer will receive an email where they can confirm the tracking code to follow the delivery information.

The estimated delivery time may vary according to the contracted shipping service or according to the period stated in the shipping method description.
