General conditions of Diplomata Biscuit
These General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the store Diplomata Biscuit, a legal entity with NIF 513005030, with headquarters at Rua Domingos Ferreira Pinto Bastos, nº 25, in 3830-167 Ílhavo (hereinafter “Diplomata Biscuit”) shall be governed.
The service of Diplomata Biscuit consists of making available and supplying a set of products and/or services, in order to allow the user, who is assigned the status of customer, to order and purchase online the products presented therein.

The customer undertakes to fully respect the conditions and rights referred to, as well as to refrain from acts that may violate the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other applicable legislation to the use of images, videos, content, etc. without the express approval of Diplomata Biscuit. Diplomata Biscuit cannot be held responsible for the eventual improper use of such products.
Payment methods
The Diplomata Biscuit provides the following payment methods:

- MB WAY
Once payment is completed, Diplomata Biscuit will proceed with a standard verification in order to process and send the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid, as well as the corresponding invoice.
Purchase conditions at Diplomata Biscuit:
Product availability
All products and/or services available at Diplomata Biscuit can be purchased, except in cases of stock breakage or limitation, as well as for custom-made products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but, in these circumstances, they will be duly identified at Diplomata Biscuit.
If the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, Diplomata Biscuit undertakes to contact the customer, by telephone or email, as quickly as possible to expedite the process with them.
Fees and taxes
At Diplomata Biscuit the prices presented are in Euro, with the appropriate VAT rates and taxes applied in accordance with current law, which are already included in the price presented.
Order cancellation
The customer may cancel an order while it is being processed. You are requested to inform Diplomata Biscuit via the following email address: company@diplomatabiscuit.pt .
If the cancellation request was made after the order had been shipped, it will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. Diplomata Biscuit is not responsible for possible delays in processing order cancellations.
The Diplomata Biscuit reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond the control of Diplomata Biscuit.
Free Resolution
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
If the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract, they may do so via the email company@diplomatabiscuit.pt or by filling out the contact form available on the Diplomata Biscuit website.
When withdrawing from the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. The Diplomata Biscuit must reimburse the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and where the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree Law no. 24/2014.
Complaints
The customer may submit a complaint regarding any issue, act, information or service provided related to Diplomata Biscuit via the email contact company@diplomatabiscuit.pt or through the electronic complaints book available via the link: {link to the complaints book.}
Disclaimer
By creating and using an account on Diplomata Biscuit, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, confidentiality and all activity originating from their account.
By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most updated version.
The Diplomata Biscuit is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.
The Diplomata Biscuit is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, the products and/or services provided, as well as for any delay or unforeseen event in the delivery of orders.
